All of our wedding reception menus include the following:
– Black resin padded chairs
– Round tables to seat 8-10 people
– Complimentary white linens- napkins and tablecloths
– Microphone and PA system
– Cake table with linens
– Gift table with linens
– Place card table with linens
– Table numbers and stands
– Pre-event tasting dinner for four once reservation is confirmed.
– Use of audio-visual equipment including television and wi-fi.
The wedding coordination provided by The Carriage House includes:
- Oversee the set up of the ceremony and reception room and food preparation.
- Menu consultation and development for event food and beverage.
- Create the banquet event order with event specific information.
- Review in detail an estimation of charges
- Coordinate key aspects of the wedding reception including table settings,
cake cutting, toasts, and meal delivery.
- Recommend wedding professionals to provide photography,
music, flowers, invitations and additional event planning.
WEDDING SITE RENTAL
Ceremony Site Fee: $1000
This fee covers the private use of The Carriage House for one hour rehearsal, ceremony, site set up and breakdown by Carriage House staff and a water station for the rehearsal and ceremony.
RECEPTION SITE FEE
Reception Site Fee: $500
This fee covers the private use of The Carriage House for four hours of event time, and site set up and breakdown by Carriage House staff.
The Carriage House has food and beverage minimums for each day of the week. Please speak with our Director of Sales for information regarding these.
A vegetarian option will be available for all menus at no additional cost. Please let us know if there are any guests with allergies or sensitivities in your party. A children’s menu option is available for $25 per child.
NO HOST / CASH BAR
The Carriage House offers complimentary bar set up. The fee per bartender is $100 for three hours. The bartender fee is waived if bar sales exceed $500 per bartender. Additional bartenders are available for additional cost. Bartender gratuity will be the responsibility of the event host.
The Carriage House can supply a custom wedding cake created to your specifications. Cost will be determined by size and composition. There is no charge for cake cutting and serving when The Carriage House supplies the cake.
The Carriage House must approve all outside vendors supplying services at the venue in advance. Customized linens, décor and chairs must be arranged in advance by The Carriage House management.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food and beverage (except the wedding cake) must be provided and served by The Carriage House. The Carriage House is the only authorized licensee to sell and serve liquor, beer and wine on the premises. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises due to licensing restrictions. The Carriage House management reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption at its discretion. Food on a buffet line may not be on display for more than two hours. Menu selection and details must be finalized 30 days prior to the event.
Evening and weekend valet parking available for an additional charge.
Self parking is available at nearby garages.
ADDITIONAL HOURS & CURFEW
Additional event hours are available for $250 per hour. However, in deference to our neighbors we follow a midnight curfew.
GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT
We require the guaranteed number of guests seven days prior to the wedding. Once the guaranteed number is given it may be increased by five percent (5%) with 72 hours lead time but it may not be decreased. If less than the guaranteed number of guests attend, the wedding party will still be charged the original guaranteed number.
TAXES & CATERING LABOR CHARGES
The Carriage House will add 22% catering labor charge as well as the required 8.7% on food, beverage, room rental and catering labor charges.
A deposit of 25% at booking will confirm your reservation and will be applied to your final balance. Fifty percent of the estimated cost will be due at the midpoint between booking and event date. The final 25% of the estimated cost balance is due 14 days prior to the event. The initial 25% deposit is refundable within one week.
Payment for the balance of all estimated charges is due fourteen days prior to the event. If final charges exceed the estimated amount then The Carriage House will bill the host within fourteen days. The Carriage House accepts payment by credit card, personal check, money order and cashiers check.
In the event of date change or cancellation all deposits will be forfeited. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The enclosed menus are representative samples of available selections and prices. Menu pricing will be guaranteed when your final menu is selected and confirmed.
